Our 2 acre regenerative beer-farm is 1.5 miles down the road from our nano-brewery. We produce ingredients for our artisan crafted ales using permaculture and regenerative agriculture practices. We proudly work with our local NRCS office as land stewards, we offer educational tours and host soil health workshops at our farm, and our brewmaster/beer-farmer has been involved in educational outreach with our local university. We offer a Community Supported Brewery growler program (CSB). The CSB program is a growler club that is similar to a weekly food box from a CSA farm. Our artisan crafted non-traditional Belgian style brews, an assortment of traditional German and English style beers, and dozens of other recipes are all created by Owner/Brewmaster Jacob Pressey.
THE Brewery
VINEGAR
Humboldt Regeneration Malt Vinegar is a complex vinegar with a distinct Humboldt terroir. Our Solera-style barrel aged malt vinegar is made and bottled in-house using a slow process of fermentation, barrel aging, and blending since 2012.
We brew a wide range of beer-styles on our custom 2bbl nano-brewery system, and we fill growlers Thursday & Saturday under pressure on our custom bottling machine so they stay fresh till you open them.

Our Community Supported Brewery Program
The CSB Growler Club gives our members access to a large variety of unique ales and lagers filled under pressure on our custom bottling system, at a discount, including some exclusive small batches reserved for members only. Credit is versatile and can be used for any size growler fill.
Our Beer Farm is located roughly a mile away from the taproom. About two acres of Barley, Wheat, Hops and other ingredients are grown using organic and regenerative practices. Some of our methods include companion planting, organic soil building techniques, mycoculture, no-till soil management and more.
